Not on Atlantis, but the SGC, they get there through the Midway space station,

I didn't see Hammond but I did see Walter.

And that Wraith you see is one of those Scientist Wraith that has popped up this session.

From what I've heard, most all the action takes place at the Midway Station. Walter is at the SGC, but I doubt he'll be in it a lot. Hammond isn't the commander of the SGC anymore, Landry is as far as I know.
