In my opinion Vicky deserved it to be the winner of the Eurovision Song Contest 1972. She also had the same position of Celine Dion in the Seventies. In my opinion Vicky's voice sounds more sensitive, though I also like music of Celine. If you want to see more of Vicky Leandros you should watch the video from 2006 "Don't break my heart."

Oh I just checked. BBC was founded in 1922 -- this song was to commemorate its 50th birthday -- so that must have been in 1972...
