Modi has a great potential to deal the problem does't matter whether it is terrorism or Prabhu Chawla. Figure shows the growth of gujrat. Gujrat is one of the state who never borrowed money from center or world for there devlopment in last 10 years. In Modi's regime they develop many industries from small scale to large scale.
