@adilfarooq2 Its basically a npn transistor circuit that amplifys a small current (in this case the reverse bias leakage current) of a blue led.
when a led gets its own frequency of light the leakage current become more. so white and blue are the only colors to turn it on because white has every cold . um im not sure what more there is to explain
