6months only??? i have tennis elbow for 5 years(i am 19 now) and it still hurts me.... i do stretching exercises every morning and my wrist had gone super flexible since then... I have done more than 2 physiotherapies and i haven't seen resaults. How did you get over it man? If you had tennis elbow in the past you sure know... I mean I can't stand it anymore! ;{
@SpykeBadem Hey i am also 19 and had tennis elbow for around 5 years. I have done pretty much done what you did and didnt see much results. I am just wondering does the tennis elbow restricts you from working out and use a pen?
@k0z3lf You have chronic tendinitis/tendonitis a.k.a. tendinosis now. I posted a link at a repetitive strain injury subreddit on reddit[dot].com. The URL is reddit[dot]com/r/RSI/. There is a cure in the works using stem cells.

@k0z3lf Come by and check reddit[dot]com/r/RSI/ from time to time. We need a bigger community. Everyone is all scattered, thinking that carpal tunnel is RSI. The human trials for testing stem cells on human achilles tendons begin this year, and I think it ends in 2014. Hopefully, the transition to elbow and hand tendons will be swift.
@k0z3lf O I meant a lot of people think that RSI/tendon inflammation/tendinitis is carpal tunnel. Anyways, in regards to the video above, a exercise band with the handle cut off (wrap it around your hand) works. Also you can step on the band to anchor it instead of using your other arm.
tennis elbow on my left arm , golfers elbow on my right . its taken 6 months for the left arm to heal , right arm is about 75% . these exercises do help ....thanks for posting ..
I have reason to believe that I have serious issues due to fluoroquinolone. I am wondering what exercises & therapies will be suitable. I am 29, and every joint in my body cracks, and both wrists have fairly serious tendinitis.
@bishopdante I've had tendinitis and arthritis I know that are from taking flouroquinolone . Two years ago tendons in my hands, writs, and elbows were so badly off that I had a hard time doing anything with my hands. I ended up getting carpal tunnel surgery for one hand and that helped a lot. Stretching all the tendons I can in my arms/writs/ hands helps a lot too.
I found 2-3 wank sessions a day turned into 4-5 in 2 two weeks..... Tennis elbow?
Not any more. My wrist sure fu*(&^*g hurts though.
Problem solved with a new problem.

Is it advisable to exercise as a form of therapy?
