And you don't need to be a "weapons specialist". In some countries you do need to pass exams because they restrict the tools and propellants so that criminals can't reload their own ammo.

But in the U.S. ammo is plenty so any retarded inbred Yankee can reload their ammo. It's cheaper, materials are abundant and cheap, and if they die it's because you are too fucking stupid to own a gun anyway.

"slug" - any solid projectile. In shotguns is applied to a certain kind of ammo.

"shell" - the container for the shell, in this context applied to the ammunition "casing".

"(loading)" - it means he is loading his homemade shot shell with a slug.

AKA: not reloading because it's not even close to a factory load.

@Tacome1942 That is not how you reload shells i reload them and ive been reloading for almost my whole life and that is long trust me and if you reload it that way wich you put the shot in after the primer the primer will go off and if you have powder in front of the primer then it will blow back at you and it may kill you you are doing it wrong if you want to live i wouldnt do it!
