Naruto is one of the worst things to ever happen to anime (barely behind FLCL and Elfen Lied). Whiny fuckin' kids who think they're ninjas when Jubei and Kagero from Ninja Scroll would massacre all of those cunts before they could lift a finger.
Though everything aspect of EL is an abomination, the combination of "cute" girls, excessive gore, and nudity is a joke. How can you look at that and take it seriously? It looks like an anime version of Happy Tree Friends, though HTF is enjoyable because it's made to be funny. The plot goes off course into unnecessary directions that add nothing to the atmosphere, and the characters are you typical whiny angsty teens. That's why I detest Elfen Lied.

2. sometimes the show can seem unoriginal or predictable. and the third and bigest problem I find is 3. for some of the fights no matter how hard someone tries they still usually end up defeated even though they may devote their lives to training and have the same ammount or even more determination than Naruto when usually all Naruto needs is to not give up and keep fighting, and yet other characters can do so much better when they don't really seem like they should just ticks me off like Sasuke

In my opinion the anime just completely sucks up until shippuden when they stop with all the chiches like flashbacks and sad back stories and the hundreds of episodes of filler.

and I mean like come on Lee had his super speed and he even goes into like a super sayiany type mode and yet he still doesn't get quite close to defeating Gaara. that fight just makes me mad. oh yes and did I mention that later in one of the last fights where Sasuke and Gaara fight that Sasuke does extremly well? I mean you don't even see Sasuke for like at least 10 episodes and he just comes back out of nowhere and does better than Lee when looking at the fights Lee did way fucking better.
