For UNASUR to have credibility, UNASUR must help Chile and Bolivia solve their international conflict over the access to the sea in favor of Bolivia. Chile appears to be a peaceful nation but it is actually a rapacious country. Chile does not have ambassador in La Paz because of the unfair and unjust and unprovoked war that caused Bolivia to become deprived to a coast. Unless, untill Chile cedes a corridor to the Pacif to Bolivia, Chile will NEVER have Ambassador in La Paz.

Ha ha, trust me nobody is taking democracy lessons from Colombia or the Dominican Republic. What is happening in South America is democracy born out of countries where the US no longer holds control over the politicians, both Colombia and DR have a ways to go before they can claim such independence from US power.
