The same thing happened here this last summer 2012. Both summers had the worst fishing i remember in the 25 years I've fished here as well. And to add another turd to the punch bowl, this past winter has been one of the dryest and warmest on record here in southern CA...Lets just hope we don't have a 3rd "LaShitta" next year! if that happens I'll be packing my bags and heading to Florida for sure!
I was there in May,1998:It was cold and raining.That entire week in So.Cal,the sun didn't shine once.The Dodgers ground crew didn't know how to put down the tarp.
