Its to save money, and to make the company more money. Betson could care less about what its actual consumers think, as long as they get money.

That is always why the company is so hated by players, and many consumers. If many arcade operators had another choice, they would not choose to buy through Betson.

Some how this game looks better on the new cabinet than the old one... Just came back from Putt Putt 2hrs ago.

The new cabinet is around $13,000 I believe. The Japanese one is around $18,000 USD, and its a very different cabinet.

I thought the arrows are for picking your difficulties... but when i press the buttons it doesn't do anything.

Those are for the Game Options/Menu screen, and the mod screen (The screen where you can add x2.0, Dark etc).

I have another question. If the new cabinet has those flash lights, how come the one at the arcade I go to doesn't have any? I know that the arcade is new because it has a new screen and arrows pad just like the new cabinets. Just missing those blue and pink lights underneath the screen where you press select.

Its has new ones. They change colors depending on what song you play. I dont think it goes by the bass pounding anymore, or timing.

Which lights do you mean? The overhead lights, that were next to the Marquee? Because they are there, they are just extremely small l.e.d. lights.

Maybe, I get more Marvelous now on DDR X that for sure, but parts of it still dont work well, and I hope they fix it before the game comes out.

there is a art effect after you hit an arrow that is new to this DDR X build, but it screws you up ALOT. The timing is very strange too. Its not like the other games timing.

The Timing is Strange is that your Arcade (BZN Naperville) Staff forgot to change the Settings, the timing is actually set to Widescreen Lag bit where the timing is set to +7 instead of 0
