This is more of a Rommel-type tactical attack where you use your initial push to seize the tactical initiative. Blitzkreig actually involved an indirect approach where the attacker avoids a frontal confrontation and attempts to outflank an enemy or pierce a defense line and get into the enemy's communications and supply network. Rommel's book, Infantry Attacks, advocated the kind of tactical techniques you demonstrate here. It doesn't matter what weapons you use: it is the thought behind them.
blitzkrieg doesn't only consist of the tanks either, fallschirmjager played a huge role, Luftwaffe played a huge role. The Armored task was a piece of it and probably the more recognized piece.
It's exactly like Barbarossa. The soviets didn't have plan to build up their forces on the border. If those engineers had the full 3 minutes to fortify the map with bunkers, tank traps and mines, any attack would be stalled.
