But they can't be everywhere at once and can't respond as quickly as we and they would like. So if their is a man with a gun at a Shopping Center and no police officers are around someone with a permit can protect the innocent people around them. But they can't be everywhere at once and can't respond as quickly as we and they would like. So if their is a man with a gun at a Shopping Center and no police officers are around someone with a permit can protect the innocent people around them. To get a permit you have to pass a shooting test and regulations too.

Many politicians have said the same thing you just wrote, but exactly the opposite happened in states where concealed carry law went through. Highest crime rate in LA, NYC, Dallas, Chicago. No CCW allowed in those cities. The states with the least murders, rapes, brake ins are states which allow law abiding citizens to carry guns (with training and permits) VT, CT, MA, ME ect. Trust me, it works. AND IT'S BEEN PROVEN!

Not to mention if you count the murders that occur in the Los Angeles metro area, then its nearly tripple the number of people u say got killed in Juarez. Its not that theyre saying LA is worse or better because it gets attention, it just presents more of a problem on an economic scale than Juarez does.
