ready (remove safety clip then put finger through safety pin)

throw (remove safety pin follow grenade abck look back at pin and throw the grenade)

But the person on the right isn't really an "instructor" though. He's more like the range safety. Talking the thrower through each motion and visually ensuring he does each step is just a way to be 100% sure everything goes smoothly.
