Been Playing Strats from 74 and that will be coming to an end...Don't get me wrong I love my Strats and will continue too play them on gigs ...But had a chance to play a RKS and I am HOOKED BIG TIME!!!!!! As I look into my crystal ball I see one in my near future.
Has anyone noticed that Dave Mason doesn't play an RKS guitar anymore? Just saw Dave at a recent show, and there wasn't an RKS guitar in sight on the stage. What happened? Looks like he and RKS have parted ways, and RKS took back their guitars. Or Dave tossed them in the trash.
Interesting how when the tour reached the point of fret dressing, there was no discussion about technique at that stage. I guess that's understandable given the desire to protect manufacturing info from competitors. I just wonder if RKS has considered a PLEK device. Given all the advancement they incorporate, It would seem to be a good fit, and insure the finest in playability.
This is incredible. Any thing that Dave Mason is involved in , "is top notch". Lord have mercy that was a beautiful guitar.I guess that was the owner that Dave was talking to, he is very Lucky, to have someone like Dave Mason supporting his business. They must be good.

sure, stick with a guitar that had its heyday 40 or so years ago and the majority of which are made in korea or mexico to avoid manufacturing costs.
fenders wer good, some still are, but most arent
