lmao @ the attacks on ibmark2u2, the only person willing to identify this for what it is = Fripp's ostentacious garbage! Fripp has great talent but he has never been a great songsmith. Writing has always been his weakest attribute, and while he enjoys dabbling in these experimental waters...he continually abuses his fan base and would do well to hook up with some good songwriters/musicians and throw his fans a bone from time to time.

Alone, and left to his own ostentacious tendencies, we get this garbage which i don't believe even hard core Fripp fans really like. They just feel compelled to say they do. Fripp & colleague Brian Eno, suffer from similar solo malaise, yet what both can do with others work is truly amazing..sadly both of these legends individual creative days have past, yet both still can bring alot to the table for others.

I must have watched this at least 40 plus times since I discovered it, and it still knocks me out. Such a finely constructed piece of music, and and (I think) entirely improvised. Even if not improvised, it was awesome.

Outdated???!!! The Power To Believe album has more imagination and cutting edge technology than all the Dream Theater albums put together (incidentally I do own all the albums). Fripp is still at the cutting edge of what you can do with a guitar. This video being the perfect example. Incredibly moving.

I still think that 21st century schizoid man sounds just as fresh now as it did in 1969. Get real man!!

One of the greatest artists of all time, but what a jerk! Went to see him at the Orange Peel in Asheville. Every time someone in the audience made a sound, he stopped playing and just stared at them for at least 30 seconds. Q&A time, and he just insulted everyone who asked a question. Many people left before the end, yelling things like "asshole!". I will never go see him again.
