Yes my elder, speaking to the ever knowing Alex Jones, it's always greatful to hear all around info from Alex Jones an to hear from his guess, but seeing Russel Means speaking atleast that much for Native people is special, also warning American people that there is horrific time ahead if we don't delay this act on the people, because we know there will always be mor effort on there part as are's to keep a land of free, going for all praying for strength an wisdom to build greater organization.

As recent as 50 years ago, the average European only ate meat about once a week, usually for their Sunday lunch or on special holidays. Also, meat was mostly eaten during the winter season because of the unavailability of fresh garden produce (in the colder areas). This is where salami, ham, and bacon came from; they were smoked and air cured meat products to be consumed during the winter. Fresh meat was rarely eaten. In summer, fruit and vegetables. I don't know about going vegan. But definitely go ORGANIC. If you ask me it's more about avoiding processed foods not just meat vs veggie. But that's just me.

Everyone should be growing food instead of lawns and flower beds. Potatoes, Carrots, Parsnips, Beets, Beans, Leeks.. just to name a few of the staple items... If you aint working at a job be planting and tending... if you are working full time work overtime on crops.. Fuck all that about child slave labor.. kids need to be planting and tending as part of their chores... if we don't get with the program we will be starving to death when the NWO pulls the plug.

Russell stuck his neck out in endorsing vegetarianism; especially since he knows the popularity of eating meat. I commend him for being forthright with his belief. Personally at 53, I still eat non vegan things. Things like fish, dairy, eggs, & an occasional bird during the holidays are all part of my mainstay diet. A long time ago, I was able to get away from eating cows & pigs. My philosophy is that unless I can do all the work involved--don't do it--but it's not immoral--It's what comes out..
