砂山十三夜 (Dune Hill Thirteen Nights)

十三 should not be translated as number 13 in here, it should be called Tosa, as Himekami himself translated the song 十三の砂山 as Tosa Dunes on his American published CD.

十三 is a name given in places in Japan. There's a Lake Tosa, Tosa Sand Dune (vanished in the wind in 1600's and only remembered in the folk songs these days) and Tosa National Park, etc. If you Google 十三の砂山 you'll find lots of photo about all these places in Japan.
