These guys are not Pro`s they just love Photoshop.

For example in that video, they told you to use magic wand and click and click again to have more selected areas. But they did not told how to do that.

If you click with the magicwand and you click again, you select a new area.

On the PC/MAC you need to hold the SHIFT-key and then click with magicwand, that way you add the areas you select.

And there were more examples, but hey you need to visit their website again.
