  • are there more video's about turtle wax??? i need it for my work!

  • Just used it today (Jun 23, 2011). It actually made the car a bit shinier than before. Now, if only I can find a product that can eliminate those scratch marks.

  • @LOGINKPW Try SYSTEM ONE X3 Polish.

  • used it didn't like it . If you want a good shine on your car you have to spend some time using good old fashioned Carnuba wax. This stuff is pants not worth the money hence the reason why it has dropped in price so dramatically in the Auto stores.

  • Once i tried to wax my pet turtle with turtle wax : )

But then it died : (

  • @loadedlover12 Sounds like your turtle got ICE'd.

  • @Seirei0417 you just made me laugh so hard. i thank you. haha

  • This is a good product, but in my experience, I've had better results with Meguiars line of products.

  • @BungalowPictures sure i have too , but they are more expensive/\...

  • gold series is better

  • This isn't a polish in the traditional sense, but more like a sealant. I keep my car clayed and polished, so I like to experiment with different lsp's. I like this product so far. The paste version is extremely durable. The liquid goes on and off really easily, and looks great. On my car I usually use Zymol Carbon, or Autoglym HD Wax. On my neighbor's cars it Ice. He gets a lot of compliments too.

  • @danlc95 hey bro what do u recommend for a polish, glaze, and sealant?

  • This is a car polish that obviously works very well. But do I need to apply a good car wax over the ice car polish to maintain the paint finish on my car?

  • yep, great promotion but crappy car wax.

  • i never tried this product yet

    is it good

    ???

  • @corvette4554 NO. gone after 1 rain.

  • I really hope you followed up with some kind of wax, because if one is to polish a car, you're supposed to seal it with a wax.

  • ice looks really good no doubt, but i use the MER range, its great stuff.

  • turtle wax sucks! use 3m stuff

  • ROFL this commercial took place at old town.. figers..

  • thanks for wasting my time

  • 95% of a good finish comes from machine polishing a car.

  • i like this product but I wouldn't consider it as a real car polisher. I use every month to keep my car shinning instead of waxiing

  • can i clay bar my car and will end with a shiny normal wax finish?

  • @ 4jiggy1. Clay does not polish a car. It removes embedded contamination like brake dust, tree sap, water spots etc that will not be removed by a normal wash. The clay will also remove any protection like wax or sealant so you must apply a sealant or wax after that.

It will give a lovely smooth finish which will make it easier to apply a wax or sealant, giving a much better finish.

    This is basic detailing ;-)

  • @Ash1955 EXACTLY! if you're going to take the time to wax a car take the extra time to clay it first, sometimes its hard to feel the little particles embedded in the paint so I thoroughly wash the car and then put my hand in a plastic shopping bag and GENTLY! run it over the CLEAN! surface. hear anything? if you do then its time to clay

  • Yeah the plastic bag thing works well.

  • @4jiggy1 no, clay bar preps it for waxing

  • how do i get rid of that residue that the old stuff left behind?

  • @terminater2884. A very strong of your normal car wash with remove any other wax you have on the car.

  • It does not have good review on Amazon tho...

  • Its one of the best car car products on the market. Rated #1 in many car magazines.

  • is this product good?

  • @ fenderwai. You won't find it on any serious detailing site; so that should answer your question ;-)
