They're speedway bikes. A bit like a singlespeed mountain bike (not a fixy as they have a freewheel) but with special bars and forks to make the steering spot on for that amazing cornering.

Looks wicked. Big in Poland apparently!

They're riding track bikes by the looks of it. Strange handlebars though, I suppose they make it easier to take corners.
