The Audi Q5 is a good car. Signature Daytime running lights. Engine reliability is second to none. The Lexus RX350 is also a good car. Font Head Lamps are Crystal. Engine dependability is leading class. I'll give the Lexus to my Wife and take the Audi Q5.

The RX certainly feels more upmarket than the Audi, despite not looking as good or driving as well. It's also a fair bit bigger than the Q5 too, so I don't believe this comparison is valid. The Lexus gets more equipment, has better materials, is smoother and quieter. The Audi looks better, drives better - that's it.
