I would not recomend this to anyone unless you are very good at soldering and using a dremel i tried this on my older xbox it was unsuccessful luckily i had a RROD that was used for spares, but if your like me and have extras and willing to do this i would, BTW GREAT CONSOLE @K1LLERJC

try not to cut them but if they have to go well then they have to go. but dont cut the out side ones. u could cut the 2 middle one if they are in ur way.

Im 13 14 soon and i understand this stuff :? It is basic use a drill, powersaw and glue gun. Oh and a vile. Draw with a pencil 2 boxes on the xbox drill inner corners. Use power saw to connect the dots, a bit like dot to dot really, then vile it io the original pattern. Cut of the inside sticky-outey bits apart from the screw holders and hot glue gun the glass, plastic on. Then wire in the LED's by finding about a 12V wire probally a fan or similar will use that and use resistors to limit the p

eh dont use primer, sand down the plastic parts, use adhesive promoter, then paint with a plastic paint, or use car paint, for the dvd drive, sand it down, and use primer for that ONLY dont use primer for plastic
