Say whatever you want about Randy Shannon as a Head Coach. But, as a Player, and a Defensive Coordinator the guy was one of the best we ever had at the U. Man I miss our Defense!
Drove 13 hours from Miami with my brother and two cousins to watch this amazing game. Turned out to be worth every minute of the drive. Death Valley was an amazing experience. Can't wait to do it again.
I feel sorry for this era of Canes players. Say 04-10, you can clearly see there is talent just didn't have the coaches to drive them to the success they could've had.
In my opinion we should not have been ranked #5 in 2005. Looking back at it we didnt have top 5 team we had more of a top 15 team than a top 5. The main problem with Coker's team after 2003 was that the recruiting didnt keep up with the expectations.
i remember this game like it was yesterday. this was the last of the glory days of miami. sinorice moss was a beast and we thought javeris was going to a legend and kyle wright had emerged
As great as this was, it was the beginning of the dark ages. This was on CSS just last week and I couldn't believe how many penalties we committed and missed tackles we had, how underutilized Devin Hester was, how our offense was playmaker by committee.
The ultimate highlight of this video: Devin Hester's ankle breaker at the 40yd line.
I think Miami could have taken Texas to the woodshed in 05

Why are you not giving Clemson credit where credit is due? Clemson always gets the short end of the stick. Nobody cares about us

@missninjastar14 Maybe because his name is Canesfreak2001 and not Tigerfreak1492
