this song reminds me of my mother, no idea why, we were never close. i notice in the 1980s mike hardly ever smiled in his until the 1990s. he was always sad. In one of his books he says he use to walk the streets and literally ask people to be his friends. but they treating him like the celebrity instead of a fellow human. he did everything to please everyone but what he wanted and needed.
