Blegh, Morpheel. Its first form is fine, but its 2nd form is kind of a joke. All it does it turn into a Twinmold (flying around aimlessly -__-), without the harm-on-touch or the burying in the ground. It even stops spitting out water bombs at this stage. Those would've made decent annoyances for the fight. Also, it swallows you during the first portion of the fight; WHY doesn't it try to do the same for the 2nd stage? lol Goht on the way it dies xD I love Goht.

one time i was so close to beating it, but then morpheel glitched up and froze. i was stuck holding onto it's eye, unable to move, and if i zoomed out i saw it was just swimming in place.... i had to reset the game

First phase was the most anoying one, :P, i kept clawshotting to late or clawshotted a bombfish. Second was pretty easy. (FOR ME.) It has about 10% chance if hitting you, being done with this boss about, umm... 12 times and only being attacked by second phase one or two times, it is pretty easy.

Secondly, the trick is not to swim directly up to Morpheel, but to swim to where it is heading. And also just a little above it, so you can aim your Clawshot at its eye.
