This is why I love this type of dogs, mine is almost 6 months and he is as sweet as he can be. He's very good with my kids too, I wouldn't trade him for anything.

(and if he's leaning on his collar, a harness would be advised to prevent any damage to the throat). With the running off, you have to be more exciting than other dogs, so when he sees a dog, bend down and squeak a toy whilst calling him and he should come to you.
These both take time, so you have to be consistent. But I promise you they do work (:

Not true. I had a German sheperd and a Rotweiler, and they were brought up together as pups. The German Shep was the best dog and friend a man could wish for, while the Rotty tried to kill my kid. Luckily the Shep attacked him and saved my kid´s life.
When I came out with my gun my Shep was standing between my kid and the Rotty, fighting him off. Man, I blew that sucker to hell.
Well, maybe, but I never trained him any different to my Shep. Not all dogs, even if they belong to the same breed, have similar personalities. I think my Rotty just went mental, that´s all.

staffs are loyal loving are given a bad name through bad ownership we have a loving playful 2year male and everyone loves him. people who listen to bad press are ignorant and narrow minded and are losing out on unconditional love!

And they say staffies are vicious!!! How wrong they are indeed...mine lets my kids do worse than that and she to doesnt budge, just like milo...Staffies are the BEST dogs in the world!!!
