The problem is not the orthodox. The secular jews can't make amends without knowing who they are hurting. The orthodox jews have the right to practice their faith freely and also to observe the restrictions and the laws of the Torah, including the commandments. They are not hateful people. They are just individuals representing their own communities, their own rights and their own heritage. As they are jews too, let us honor their rights.

Sectionalism within the Jewish community is nothing new. Back in the 1970's, Sephardic and Yemenite Jews were discriminated against. Ashkenazi Judaism dominated everything.

She'd be surprised to know that many leading high-tech entrepreneurs in Israel are Orthodox, even Haredi.
