@boobsboners I think, he do it in the week: 1day - Grappling (bjj), 2day - Striking, 3day - Wrestling, 5day - Mixed Hard Training. Some days he doing Heart training - Runing, Sprints. Some days in Gymnastic Gym, Some days he works on his straight and explosive power. And of couse Rest - is very important part

GSP has the duck foot thing going on, it shows very clearly in his sprints. It certainly helps for his kicking because he doesn't have to pivot on his foot really. I also believe it one of those odd things that helps his wrestling too. Most people see it as a weakness but imo for fighting at least for him it's a bonus.
