I really like Nas. Nine times out of ten he's got something real good to say. Whether it's life stories, hard realities, or even aspirations for a better place, he always seems to know exactly what to say and how to say it.

which explains the current state of his lyrics and delievery today. Its an interesting technique to use, but you can tell its starting to catch up to him in his age. Cause he doesn't really say much in his music anymore(D.O.A. being the perfect example). But Nas has always been a better lyricist than Jay, and Jay had the better flow(and better at improv). Nas a better storyteller and conceptual artist, and Jay a better showman and perfomer(his concerts are always classic).
