What has been happening is that some "brilliant" ones came up with the idea of seperating them so that the titles could be bundled and securitized and the contract assigned to administrators to collect the money. ONLY the owner of the title can forclose of a debtor. The servicing party has no standing to forclose. Some mortgage backed securities were sold as derivitives and may have 360+ owners, who has stanging???

the judge asks "you agree you did sign a mortgage?" translate "you are just trying to get a free ride and i dont care about this case" but the rebuttal to the question is, for one thing, it is a matter of the LAW. why should someone foreclose and take your property WHEN THEY CANNOT DEMONSTRATE THEY HAVE THE LEGAL RIGHT TO DO SO? if she gets a rescinded loan because the greedy pigs behind the conspiracy to defraud and jack this pro se litigant broke the law, then let her have the house

The attorney is a dumbass. He's unprepared, & obviously didn't bother to do any homework on this. I'm happy about that, because I think people, like this lady are totally railroaded by financial entities across the board. I hope she cleans the bones off the attorney & everyone else back up the line. The power should go back to the people. Not everyone's a deadbeat. There are far more good, hardworking people getting screwed, than deadbeats. Judge is essentially worthless.
