may be you have installed it earlier and that trial would probably been expired and you again tried to install it .i suppose this is the problem

this worked for me
(when you're starting a download on the first time , you will be asked to put in ur e-mail adress , after you click on ok , you'll get a e-mail with ur account info (on the second e-mail))
