For vehicles the wet mount system works best. Try spraying the glass with window cleaner, place the decal and alow it to dry. Then remove the tape. This alows you to move it if you get it wrong.
I know this comment is old, but for anyone new who sees this; Window tint goes on the inside of the windows and these graphics go on the outside, so it doesn't matter what you have done first.
