I was there in right field. It was great when you saw all the players looked relieved since the 95°+ heat finally let up, but then the OH SHIT when the rain and wind started.
to whomever posted this: you need to change your wording in the info! it says the "only reported fatality..." a fatality is a death! i guess you meant injury? still, awesome video of a crazy bit of weather.
If you would have turned around I would have been in the video. We were in Sec 105 and tried to leave but got pounded by hail in Ashburn Alley until we huddled up where you were.
Parked on Packer ave, left after 6th 10 run lead, 96 degrees, and was at the game nite before. Just got to my car and it came down the street. Driving home 42 was like a river in NJ and the hail added some nice dents to my car
I was there. 12-3 Phillies win. We left right before it happened. Our car was shaking all over.you couldn't see the flags or even the giant Liberty Bell.
We got hit, too. All kinds of trees down in our neighborhood. I was watching the game, too, and it was scary how fast it hit. One minute, it's raining a little and the groundscrew was doing their thing and they cut away to a commercial and when they came back, good God! From the camera shot behind home plate, you couldn't even see back to the pitcher's mound.
Wow

That Storm ended up hitting my house. I was watching this on TV, and you could barely see the field.
