@ieltxumetal because some people only like certain branches of metal. me personally i like it all even all the metalcore stuff that people say isn't metal and sucks. its all metal and its all good with people that work their asses off and metal is better than pop or rap so big deal metalcore is popular with people, better they listen to something good than pop, rap, or even country.

@textera147 I own Priest, Maiden and Dio albums, Speed Metal comes under Heavy Metal, Speed Metal is also and English and European thing (Maiden and Priest) mainly but the elements had been adopted by the US (thrash) and Japan. If it's fast it's speed. Iron Maiden is nowhere near Power Metal.
