if i'm not mistaken the girl speaking here is Brandi Dean. You can always see the one who speaks here in ISS update sitting at the front row behind those barriers (beside that man with red sleeves). The other woman speaking here is Amiko Kauderer, and its been a long time she haven't speak for the update.
I'm not sure what her name is but someone doing the hiring for that department likes young red heads., Every one of them are. In scientific terms, it's beyond chance. :)
