It's not a biker nor a ghost. It's the security guard from the Honkers Strip Club. It's a glitch that when you are inside the Sprunk Factory the game reads that you are in the strip club, so the Security Guards voice glitches, and he runs over from across from honkers to the Sprunk Factory. Anyone notice he takes a while to get to the factory, same amount of time as coming from Honkers Strip Club to the Abandom Sprunk factory and I want lots of words in this comment so... Blah Blah blah blah.
