i think it was improvised using the momentum gained from his previous movement which allowed him to flow nicely from one move to another

@WamBamThankyouMam86 It isn t an improvised move. he does it all the time. Pretty sure he made it up. but you are sorta right about the momentum...

@Spryt07 Its a Relogio de frente. this guy (Lelo) does it all the time . Its a move he invented. you kick your leg through ,push with your hand, and throw your head back at the same time while in queda de rins. very hard to do.
