Nope that's not it. Poor countries in Africa cannot export their wares because they are outtraded by wares subsidied by the government in rich coutries. This leaves them with nearly no income. You cannot help someone up who cannot stand on their own. Simple as that. Funding help is bullshit.
"Africa, through no fault of its own, is TRAPPED. Held back by GEOGRAPHICAL impediments like CLIMATE, disease and ISOLATION,... it CANNOT lift itself out of poverty. "
Solution the so-called Green Revolution???
Plz look up Vandana Shiva and the effects of the Green Revolution in Idia which created a battle between farmers and MONSANTO who manufactures the seeds and the fertilizers.
This is all bullshiet. Development like civilization spring from inside, not from some international organizations trying or claiming to help the poor africans. You really want to help africans? Stop lending them billions of fractional reserve dollars at interest with their forest, oil and gold and diamonds as collateral! That will really help them!
That al sounds excellent, except it is all incredibly sad. IF the people in these great villages have to rely on improved seed and fertilizers then they are relying on something which is false and wrong. As well as destroying the life of the soil for future generations it is another situation of making people dependent. Teach people how to farm naturally! If you do your calculations correctly you will see it is the only way.
Please stop the cycle of abuse and truly end world poverty.
This is all very noble, but let me just ask one thing. Isn't it true that natural seeds (though more healthy) are more exposed to disease than improved seeds? And if the soil is already emptied from nutrition, and natural fertilizers are more expensive, isn't it better to use what you can to grow food instead of growing nothing? If you are on the brink of starvation, can you afford losing one crop?
Choose to stand alongside this honorable humanitarian! Choose to play an active role providing solutions! CHOOSE TO BE THAT PERSON THAT ACTS, WE CAN DO IT TOGETHER, YOU AND I, ONE DAY WE WILL BECOME THE MAJORITY, AND THE CURRENT OF CHANGE WILL COME.
You are the solution to implement global watch and caring.
