id go with around 1k, but ull have quite alot left over if u use an accumilater, but its best to have more than run out before ur done.

No, they're "too high up" to reach using melee, you must use mage or range.

Dont forget guys about the Trollheim Teleport which only requires a magic level of 61, couple laws, couple fires, and Eadgar's Ruse quest. Would save a lot of time here.
