i think the governor is a dreamer...instead to provide the citizen in his state basic infrastructures ...he is thinking of tunnel...oh my god what a visionless governor...hahaha...i think he can consult fashola to help him on how he is transforming lagos. lol

@naijagobetter10 Do you know Bayelsa State ? And what is basic infrastructure if road construction is not one ?. All those streams and rivers in the state would have to be crossed some how by bridge or tunnel to link the communites up without which nothing will work. Bridges or tunnels are very necessary needs of the state.

Yeh it is only 3D and will never be built. Na chop money tricks! Look at Akwa Ibom their governor is walking the walk and not talking the talk with 3D. Just watch "living in opulence" CNN and tell me how the governor thinking of building his golf course in his manson will build tunnel. Tunnel in a country that lacks maintenace culture! Tunnel need elecricity as its dark can you imagin what NEPA will do? Most car dont have headlights so that will lead to death of motorist. Big jokers, lol

i think the tunnel thing is practical where a long bridge is impractical and unstable. for a short distance, a bridge seems more practical in terms of cost. just a thought. however, the underground tunnel seems more environmentally friendly and looks cooler
