Hey dude, awesome helmet, I'm using a 13" hamster ball and styrofoam eyes, do you think those are okay for using to make a helmet? The styrofoam makes the eyes glow. :D

@zkCatz Never tried a hamster ball but if you put something on the outside of it to cover the holes it should be fine. Also havent tried foam for eyes because I like the smooth look but thats not to say it hasnt been done before.

@Chickakahnn For this one that is exactly what I used. 20 wide angle LED bulbs. They are kind of a pain because you have to drill a bunch of holes and glue the lights in each one but they are super bright. I am currently making another head and using "bendable LED strand lights".... those light you can cut in 3's and still complete the circuit. Anyways, I am not sure how bright they will be. Probably the safe bet would be the 20 LED strand.

@ilovecoldstone30 They aren't hard to make. Just get some 1" thick foam and cut ovals out that are 14" tall by 13" wide. Then take off a semi circle that 1" high out of the bottom so they fit snug against the head,

@alexangirraff I used a 6" white acrylic globe from 1000bulbs. Then cut it out to have a 4-5" diameter. You cut two sem circles from the globe then cut measure 5" diameter and cut them again.
