I hate the fact that some people think that Red Jacket Firearms is good at what they do, they use parts kits and build guns that are already existing. Not to mention their own machinist can't even use the CNC correctly. Honestly I'm glad the show is over they misrepresent the professionalism that the Firearm world has to offer........

For being a dude that lost his FAA license (due to allegedly selling illegally some guns as FTA noticed they were missing some from their inventory) and NEEDS a gunsmith on his job and Vince was the ONLY gunsmith in RJ (he even says so) he is heavily an ass, but then again, most of the stuff I've seen on the show has been done before and his research is good google dorks or gun forums A 900 RPM UZI has been done since 2003 (files.uzitalk.com/reference/p­ages/article_uzipistol.htm)

@diadlo13 His finger is also on the trigger in the shop all the time. Also in one episode they were shooting a desert eagle, but when his daughter shot it they changed it to a m9. So yeah the show has issues.

That's because it fires from an open bolt. You can't load it without the bolt backward.

what you mean is, the first round wont chamber if the bolt isnt in the rearward position and cocked. The 240 bolt cant be inserted facing backwards, its impossible.

Loading the rds onto the feedtray with the bolt to the rear is perfectly fine if the wpn is on safe.

These morons however did misdiagnose the problems with nearly all belt fed or full auto wpns Ive seen them work on.

They always blame the problem on the spring, when in all 3 cases (Thompson, M1919 and now M240) the problem is a dirty of malfunctioning trigger group = sear notch doesnt pop up after being depressed by the trigger. Springs dont matter for shit with runaway guns
