  • why do guys who do over 120 look fat n out of shape? whats the point of being strong if your not in good shape? otherwise good job thats my max

  • @princejlee whats the point of looking strong but then comes some fat bag and lifts much more than u ? my opinion powerlifting > bodybuilding

  • @larppa666 yh their strong but i dont get why their so out of shape though. . i train like a powerlifter but still want to look as defined as a bodybuilder :)

  • naturally strong or working out long time? i got a friend who can bench 120kg for 15 reps and has never touched a weight in his life. he is an animal.

  • What is your max bench for one rep? I weigh 90kg and can bench 120kg 9 times on a simth machine. I haven't seen anyone lift that weigh yet at my gym never mine for reps.

  • My max was around 400 lbs, but recently I lost around 30 lbs bodyweight, so I guess its bellow that...

  • Jako dobra forma! Odlican rad! Znam da je klupa tamo dosta losa, a i stanga plese te se savija.Znaci , uz bolje uvijete islo bi i preko 20 ponavljanja

  • Ma dobro, nisu uvjeti ni tako loši. Neke druge stvari nisu mi posložene, da bih mogao dati ono što objektivno imam. Hvala na komentaru, samo nastavi snimati svoje treninge, djeluju i više nego motivirajuće na nas amatere.

  • Teretana je ok, uvijek rado dođem u jump, samo klupa treba biti drukčija da bi mogao tijelo lakše koristiti kao polugu prilikom dizanja bencha. Znači postaviti ramena kako treba, glavu , nogama stisnuti klupu.
