Compositionally, Emotionally, and Technically, their old music was superior and what they make today is the product of effortless, souless, and tierd drunken kids.

They should just do a final hatebreeder/follow the reaper tour and call it quits.

@cryan5280 I have to disagree because in Hatebreeder and Follow the Reaper guitar riffs were simple and easy to learn, but try to learn new riffs, they are way harder than old riffs, solos are too technically kinda hard.

@cryan5280 Just like most good bands - their music is a progression.  When I first got into Bodom, I way preferred the new stuff, but after listening to em a bit I started preferring the earlier stuff. It's all fucking awesome though - just a progression of style.

3:06 is the reason I never liked their bassist. He just stands there, no stand presence, and looks like he has something better to do.

When I saw them live, he did the same thing. Stood in one spot during the whole concert, with ZERO stage presence. I literally forget Bodom even has a bassist, because he is so weak.

@Cr4CkD4v1D No, although he is a great talent and a rock legend, Roope joined CoB in 2004 and only played on the 'Are You Dead Yet?' and 'Blooddrunk' albums ( he only plays a couple of solo's there). Alexi is the musical composer and of course, the others will have their influences.

aydy, first album i heard, i like it a lot, blooddrunk, disappointing, first three albums are incredible!!!
