what has North Korea and Iran done lately ? others have weapons and didnt use them, why would the Korean, or the Iranians? why would someone use their weapons against us(other than a crazy terrorists) when they know that they will be wiped out in minutes? If Iran had nukes why would they use them against Israel knowing that Israel will strike back( if not strike first)?
