Looks way better than any bimmer on the market. As soon as this thing arrives to the states. will most likely cop one. Only downfall its a little heavy.

for the ppl who say that bmw is better than audi, please back up your statement. i just can't see the bmw beating a car with quattro all wheel drive tech with fsi direct injection. this car is gorgeous. you will probably stand out more driving this than a bmw (which we see all the time on the street - boring!)

the car looks great, the reason why the grill looks the way it does is because the radiator is big and audi does'ent want the s5's motor to overheat.

I just found the newest Audi grill - which IS used for the smaller engines as well, - kinda contrived and chopped up visually by the band at the 'bumper line'.
It wouldn't serve well as a bumper I suspect, and it's gotta cut down air flow.
On the other hand the new Bimmer 3M cools fine and I think it would be much more likely to be inducted into MOMA.

I could reply that, 'my tractor doesn't overheat and it looks much better!' but that would be 'below the belt!' Guess we're arguing about aesthetics and personal taste here and we shouldn't.
OK, it's a nice car! - but I'll take the Bimmer!

no, the grill looks that way because Audi wanted to develop a design language that was based on Audie's heritage with pre-WW2 Autounion's "Silver Arrow"'s racing (much as BMW has its signature kidney grill, propeller badge -a nod to BMW's WW1 airplane engines - and Hoffmeister kink)

Very nice car, but couldn't somebody please fix that front end? God, it's ugly and over-wrought!
Just run it head-on into one of those rock walls, it'll look much better!
Audi grills used to be much prettier! I suspect that's what 'planned obsolescence' gets ya!
