you have to download the veoh program. an easy way to do this is go to a video you like, make sure it was uplaoded on veoh and not youtube. by this I mean youtube videos can be uploaded on veoh in the format of a youtube video. Anyway, go to a veoh video and scroll down and look for a blue button that says download. press it then a window should pop up saying you need to download the lastest veoh. do that, then try downloading it again and it should.
