I really love how they managed to take environments from several games. The part taken from The Room made me smile. Clever way to use what I believe is a boring place in the game...(endless staircase bleh!)

The Pyramid Heads are the town's punishers and executioners. They're based on the Silent Hill angel, Valtiel. So no their not just James' personal demons. Infact, in another Silent Hill game it mentions that the Cult of Silent Hill used to dress some of their members in a similar manner.

Yeps, here's the circular staircase from SH4!! Knew it!! So all four games were cameo'd in both common monsters and in areas to fight in, but they still threw some original content in the form of the level-end-bosses. Cool beans!

(Also, in answer to your comments in the video bahakitty, I'm *GLAD* they made it so PH couldn't be killed and only "banished" for a time, otherwise it would've upset many fans like me). Thanks so much for doing these vids!!

Indeed, like you said, there was NO way you could've avoided Pyramid Head's attack when it suddently appeared in front of you.

Usually, in those kinds of situations, the game should at least give you a chance to stop the attack but... why not here? O_o

Actually if I recall there is an extremely small window of opportunity for you to stop the attack, if you quickly shoot his critical point (chest/torso area?) as he appears. Because there is so little time to shoot, very few hits are needed to stun him.
