  • We've heard this sound in Ontario....scary...

  • I hear it here in San Luis Obispo, CA too.

  • I heard this 24/7 in pittsville Wisconsin

  • Try putting swimming plugs in both ears and stay totally still in a quiet place. Because like U I experienced the same constantly hearing what I thought was my neighbors subwoofer. It was constant so finally after knocking at his door and getting no answer no response I just said screw it and put my plugs in my ears. And couldn't believe it was coming from my ears. Its a low humming Tinnitus one of many. Now its been over 2 years of hell 24 hours a day, mine comes from TMJ..

  • I've heard this as well.

  • I have heard this where I live in Chicopee Ma. I called the power company to see if it had something to do with the transformer across the street from me. They said their equipment does not make noises in the manner that I described. And the transformer looked alright. They sent out some inspector to see if something was wrong with it. I have no idea what they found. The several times this has occurred over the week I lose service on my cell phone.

  • Sometimes things that use electricity have their own fusebox or transformer, older ones especially, I suggest you look around to see if there are any older appliances around, or ask your neighbors, if they don't know, ask your landlord.

  • Radiation, Transformer, or a really old AC unit. Live near a transformer or a power substation? Or how about a river or port with ship traffic? If you live near a busy river, it may be the engine or LFR radiation.

  • ELF - Extremely Low Frequency radio, used by the US Navy to communicate with submarines. "The Hum" has been reported since 1989, and it was around this time that the Navy started using ELF radio. At least this is what seems to be the common theory on the noise. I don't think it's ever been absolutely "proven," but it sounds plausable imho.

  • Sounds like your close to something that's admitting a large amount of Electrical Frequency or an Electrical Magnetic field.

That will cause head aches and nausea .

Are there any transformers on any poles near you? Or a ground transformer? Judging on where you live....usually on poles can also cause tendanitus In the eardrums. Let me know if there's any transformers near by...

  • this sounds awful , can't bear listening to it, started to make me feel sick after 1 minute, low frequency for sure, the pulse could be binaural.

  • Sounds like a refrigerator which is a bit older (about 15 of 20 years... maybe 10 if running constantly). You have any butcher or firm with cooling engines (food, chemical) around you? Neighbours refrigerator on the other side of your wall?

What's with your or your neighbours air condition? Maybe some of them in your house "transmitts" its working sounds through the wall.

  • I heard that tonight and it was way louder outside

  • earth vibrations? changes, we are headed ot new era

  • Have you seen the film "They Live"? Worth watching. This is indeed a most parculiar noise. It's almost like a reptitive signal every two seconds. I'd like to know if it's in only towns and cities or is it in the countryside as well? This is acutally unpleasant.

  • This is WIFI and Cell Phone Networks, only other suggestion is Harrp, see sound samples online of various RF Meters that produce sound readings of the signals they pick up

  • have your considered your security system? mine makes a high pitched buzz that we can hear only when we're thinking about it. it's really wierd. no pulses, though, at least none that I ever heard but it may differ from system to system.

    just thought id ask.

  • electric substations put off a lot of humming noise out of the transformers. Sometimes pole mounted ones can. any substations in the area by any chance? They usually keep a pretty steady noise. a parabolic dish or shotgun microphone can help pinpoint the direction

  • what i hear sounds like resonance from two things resonating/vibrating at close to the same frequencies, they are slightly off, causing the waves to cancel out periodically producing the pulsing effect. as to what this is coming from, however, i have no idea, maybe mechanical (fans/motors/turbines) or electromagnetic (sound, vibrations, etc.)

  • I live in Ireland, of all places, and I have just heard this in my own town tonight. It feels like something pressing down on your ear drums. I thought it was a the tumble dryer or something but it was louder when I opened my window. It is giving me a sore head. If you turn your head a certain angle it goes away...what the blazes is it? Who wanted to use mind control noises in Ireland for pete's sake? We are weird enough here.

The illuminati is gonna kill us all!

  • I have tried to record it too, but the recording just doesn't do justice to the miserable sound. I want to give a BIG thanks to the FCC, because they obviously didn't force t-mobile and whoever else to TEST (for human sensitivity) whatever it is they are transmitting. I am CERTAIN (at least in my case) that it is ABSOLUTELY CELL towers causing this absolutely miserable painful sound that sometime goes days and nights. If they are testing a new torture device (HAARP?) then they are succeeding.

  • Two of the towers I have found are SBA (Specifically SBA towers II LLC) the other is t-mobile. From doing research, in Florida where I'm at, t-mobile started 3G transmissions Fall 2008, but I am not sure it's 3G. I have had people telling me that I am "hearing things" but I am SURE this is REAL, I am not the only one suffering, obviously they didn't test their signals enough before implementing!

Go to antennasearch dt com, map out your local cell masts, and go looking early in the morning.

  • I have been hearing a strange hum since Dec 2008. Sometimes it's a constant rumble, other times it sounds like this "Rumm... Rumm.. Rumm.." Since Late July 2008, when I noticed a weird strong vibration that jolted me awake over and over. Other times it is painful to my ears, all night long!! I cannot block it with headphones AND earplugs. BUT I can perceive it directionally! Mine IS ABSOLUTELY CELL TOWERS, two were over 2 miles away, one is less than a mile away!

  • this was on unsolved mysteryies on spiketv.. dont worry there is an online community of people who can hear what your hearing and are trying to fine the cause of it..

  • me to i cant take it for another second.

  • that´s the 60Hz hum from the power grid; transformers, powerlines ect. no mystery at all.

  • @hugestomper Proof? explain how you so quickly come to this conclusion., listen to the audio carefully, the pitch had to be raised to make the hum more audible for youtube. I hear this to, but it's well below 60Hz. I know what 60Hz sounds like, this is no 60Hz.

  • i listen to it over and over again, it´s 60Hz hum with harmonics in the 120Hz and 180Hz range. in other words it´s 3-phase power. you need a BIG subwoofer to listen to it. and i have a BIG one.

  • @hugestomper That hum you hear when your at a sub station, that's 60Hz. that hum I feel/sense,is a lot lower then 120Hz.

  • @hugestomper The hum I hear/feel at night, is definatly NOT Hydro Electric, and it's not cell phone towers.

  • learn about electricity

  • @hugestomper I know all about Electricity thank you very much, and I know what an Electrical sub station hum sounds like.

  • thats good you know about electricity :) but i beleve it´s just ordinary electricity hum, and nothing else... i dont beleve in that haarp crap

  • I never said anything about haarp, when did I say anything about Haarp being the cause? Never said that. you see until you experience this phenomenon which I experience ever day of my god dam life, then perhaps you will have some understanding, until then, you believe what your little dumbed down main stream media loving mind tells you,

  • HAARP,GWEN,ELF,VLF,ULF,Scalar...tunnelers dig 24/7 underground...the Taos hum was likely part of it. Research Project Woodpecker...Scalar

DELTA/THETA entrainment...resonate INDUCTION...behavior control...MK Ultra, MK Naomi, MK Delta, Monarch programming...it will answer many questions...and AGENDA 21, Rex 84, Operation Garden Plot and Oliver North and hearings...

  • i think its em waves ...the sound actially is low vibration of buildings ,walls etc

  • I've been also hearing this/these things and I thought I was crazy...It's really irratating and I've also suffered of insomnia because of this. It's like whirring, buzzing, pulsating and it seems like it gets a different tone depending on the time of the day. This is happening in Finland too.

  • Please share with everyone how you recorded this noise, please. Also visit Sandaura youtubes, there is a lot of information as to what this is. It is RF electromagnetic pollution. If you want to join our movement email me. It is time to choose sides.

  • Hi Claypaff, Excellent work. I can identify with the many blended frequencies that are in your recording. There is a pulsing, and also something mechancial that sounds like it is rotating or moving that could also be constued as the pulsing, there is another pulsing whirling tone on top ot that one. It is omnidirectional because it is traveling on our utilites cables. It is also on the neutral cable of the utility that runs in to everyone's homes.

It is louder in car or any enclosure.

  • google: Lt. Col. Tom Bearden...

  • You might look into infrasound phenomena and the famous "Taos hum." Perception of this sort of thing occurs internationally. Sometimes explanations are determined, but usually not. I experienced this about fifteen years ago and am again now. It is annoying if I obsess on it so I think it's important not to do so overmuch. I know what you mean about "from everywhere." The origin seems directionally indeterminate. Good luck but don't be too paranoid about mind control ops. It's not worth it!

  • About 2 yrs. ago people in New Mexico and Nevada were hearing something like this and a humming sound. It went on for a year and it was making people physically sick. They had it on the news at some point and then it stopped. The next thing we heard about this sound was when people in Alaska started complaining about the humming sound and some news people up there started questioning that new government project they moved up there to try to change the weather. HARRP I believe it is called. MJ

  • I live in Alaska and i hear this low rumbling like my neighbors are playing their bass in the middle of the night. I feel it in my body when sitting on the couch or laying down. It usually happens at night when I'm trying to sleep. The low rumbling vibrates in my ear and sometimes throughout my whole body.

I know it's not my neighbors because i finally got on the floor and listened to see if they had music playing. They didn't. I could only hear it when laying in my bed, it went on all night

  • @Spiritflier07, that's how my problem in Florida started, a strange vibration jolting me awake in late July 2008, I thought it was a factory, it wasn't, the vibration evolved into sounds and vibration, I am 100% positive the sound is coming from CELL TOWERS, I have been up close to them, the weird low frequency sound is coming from the top of the towers!! Read my other comments on this video!

  • Could be the techtonic plates shifting, you would hear this all over the world, even if its been manipulated by humans.

  • I keep hearing it its driving me FUCKING MENTAL!!! its real loud evennow and its 11.30 am! I cqnt find it i evenput my ear to all the walls in the house and cant find it it seems its outside..underground perhaps. I bet we see some kind of earthquake this month.I say its the CENSORED using machines to produce earthquakes.

  • Do a search for Listen to ELF sound. Maybe you will come up with something.

  • the wife & I also heard something like this about 3 or 4 days ago, it went on all day. I double checked that the heating was off, etc.. and we still couldnt find the source of the noise. This is very creepy. What could make a noise like this - it was almost too machine like to be anything but human in origin but who knows.. ! Let me know when it stops Gary, can you record with image? My only guess would be underground disturbances, geological.. but what the heck makes that kind of sound?!

  • ugh.. thats really creepy
