@javajunkie101 , This bread would be great for dipping anything with it. try it with white cheese if you like with cut up cucumbers and tomatoes on the side and some olives of your choice.

@Lenczycki , best way to eat it is with white cheese such as Feta, fresh tomatoes on the side and fresh mint leaves, but you may eat it with whatever you like. thanks for coming by.

Actually I was looking for "focaccia" italian flat bread but I also like middle east foods, and the music is great, I feel like dancing, good food, good drink!!!! LOL, must be the Italian in me. Thanks.

@triothron , i cut the bread with my KITCHEN scissors of course, not any other scissors. I like the bread pieces to look uniformed :)
